If you have a return or exchange question please email email@example.com and include your order information and order number. Returns and exchanges requests are limited to 30 days. Custom made item sales are final.
Shipping for music stand and smaller pieces is free to U.S. addresses unless otherwise noted. We usually ship these items via USPS.
Larger pieces may be picked up, or shipped, or we may be able to deliver work within 50 Miles of Newburyport, Mass.
All third-party shipping of larger custom items will be arranged at customer expense. Other shipping arrangements can be discussed
Shipment Tracking Information
When your package is delivered to the shipper you'll get an email notification of that along with a tracking number. For items bought through the store, you will also be sent email confirmation upon delivery.
